HelpDutiesGuide, supervise and support the people, operations and work of the new Learning Solutions & Evaluation Team.
Coordinate with AHD leadership to establish and prioritize team goals, objectives and performance measures.
Engage with team members to translate team priorities into SMART goals and performance standards for each employee and clarify expectations for individual and team success.
Managerial duties include planning the team's work; communicating the organization's vision and objectives; setting priorities; assigning tasks and responsibilities; monitoring and evaluating performance; coaching and developing employees; approving time and leave; and taking, recommending or approving corrective and disciplinary actions, as appropriate.
Apply expertise in learning and development to lead creation, execution and continuous improvement of the team's end-to-end service delivery model, processes and procedures from service request intake and scoping through delivery and evaluation.
Assign work among team members that aligns with their positions, strengths, and development needs; institute practices that promote collaboration and operational excellence; and manage team workload and customer expectations to maximize value delivered across the team.
Review team member work products and deliverables, engage members in both ongoing conversations and required discussions, and provide them with meaningful and timely feedback to reinforce and strengthen performance; deal promptly and appropriately with performance or conduct issues if and when they occur.
Encourage and support team members in building their capabilities to meet or exceed team, office and professional goals.
