Summary:
Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) provides flight test engineering, programmatic, and administrative support to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and is the cognizant authority for Test and Evaluation (T) with participation in all phases of the air weapon systems life cycle management for manned and unmanned fixed wing, rotary wing, aerial and lighter-than-air vehicles.
This position organizes, analyzes, and prepares reports and/or presentations of technical data and information.
Education and
Experience:
Completion of a post high school curriculum such as trade or technical school, undergraduate or military school in a technical field is requiredMinimum of two years' experience within the last five years in performing the functions described belowEssential Duties:
Develops and maintains reports, articles, manuals, specifications, presentation materials, and other technical documents utilizing military documentation and format standardsOrganizes, analyzes, and prepares reports or presentations of technical data and informationCompiles, processes, or analyzes test data and resultsKnowledge, Skill and Abilities:
Understands and can apply engineering techniques, principles, and precedents to develop, design, and modify scientific, technical, engineering, or other professional materialAbility to demonstrate technical writing skills is requiredPosition is contingent upon award of contract to VectorCSP.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
