00pm As a Controls Technician, you will:

Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, point-to-point checkouts, troubleshooting and/or replacement of HVAC controls systems & equipment, building control systems, and occasionally fire/security systems; most work will involve Metasys building automation system and controlsA'.
Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic and digital control system malfunctionsA'.
Test and perform modifications to systems software when neededA'.
Assist with sketching and documenting field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawingsA'.
Provide training and associated manuals and documentation to customers on electronic control systems operationsA'.
Help mechanical staff troubleshoot issuesA'.
Ensure work performed complies with company, state, local and federal regulations, industry standards and guidelines, and customer requirements A'.
Compile project documentation, such as certificate of completion, customer training forms, training certificates and punch listsA'.
Conduct self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines; completes certifications as requiredA'.
Read and properly interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals Required QualificationsA'.
5 plus years of experience commissioning, troubleshooting or installing DDC systemsA'.
Knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems, HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniquesA'.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances (background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit checks) Preferred ExperienceA'.
Programming and/or troubleshooting various brands of HVAC controls products is highly desired (Metasys, Honeywell, Siemens, Delta, Distech, Carrier, ALC, Andover) A'.
Experience with BAS communication protocols including at least one of the following:
BACnet MSTP, BACnet IP, N2, P1, Modbus, and/or LONA'.
Demonstrated experience working with Metasys, Tridium or Niagara Direct Digital Control (DDC) systemA'.
Experience using SMP, SCT, and/or CCT.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
