Fare Payment Systems Manager

This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Fare Payment System Manager for our Newark, NJ office.
The following locations will also be considered:
Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC.
Be involved in projects with our Transit & Rail Revenue Management Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.
Your Impact Perform technical and project management tasks related to the design, manufacture, installation, test, operation, and maintenance of fare payment systems of all sizes and modes; Interact with managers and engineers from other companies as well as transit authorities on designs, installation, and training and maintenance of fare payment systems including managing mobile ticketing applications; Organize and lead regular meetings with clients as defined by the contracts.
Examples:
Progress Reviews, Milestone Payment execution, Master Project Schedule review and updates, change control board, and working group meeting; Delivering projects to required scope, quality, timescale and budget; Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and to the client when required; Travel to customer sites to gain an understanding of project requirements and perform required services; Create and provide presentations of revenue payment systems designs to customers; and Travel will be 20% to 50% and is dependent upon current project location(s) and level of effort required.

Who You Are Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Public Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; 12
years of relevant post education experience in engineering, prior transit and rail experience, and infrastructure design.
Demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-tasks across multiple projects; Strong mathematical, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills; Takes responsibility and accountability for ensuring the project produces required results to the scope, milestones, quality and budget; Good verbal and written communication skills; Immediate availability to work in the US; and Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Preferred Qualifications The successful candidate will have 20
years of experience in the design, manufacture, installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of revenue payment systems for transit and/or transportation systems #LI-KB1.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
