Ensures accounts payable are paid in timely manner Performs all periodic bank reconciliations; Maintains the chart of accounts Issues timely and complete financial statements Assists in the preparation of the holding company annual report Assists in the management of holding company and investor transactions Assists in the Asset Liability Management Process Provides financial analyses as needed Assists in gathering of information to external auditors for the annual audit Complies with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Required Skills and
Experience:
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance 0-2 years of office/accounting experience Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Data entry and word processing skills Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & a team player Ability to work under pressure, multitask and stay organized Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
