This position will greet guests, provide education on boating safety and regulations, and conduct pre-departure inspections of boats.
Greet customers and assist with reservations Provide customers with information about boating safety rules and regulations, as well as any necessary instructions or guidance for operating the boats Conduct pre-departure/post-return inspections of boats and equipment to ensure their functionality and condition Perform scheduled maintenance of boats and equipment Monitor the fleet and customer activity to ensure the safety and security of boats and customers Assist with the launch and docking of boats from the dock, including a working knowledge of line handling, and securing boats Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or emergency situations, providing assistance or contacting management as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and secured Requirements:
Boater's Safety Education Certificate or willing to obtain within 30 days Experience in boat rentals and working on a dock is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
