The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
They will be able to inspire and motivate colleagues and customers while contributing ideas to expand CSC ServiceWorks's footprint.
Responsibilities Lead and manage sales team of regional offices (including hiring, coaching, performance management) Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve sales goals within assigned territory Coordinate marketing activities (including direct mail, web portals, tradeshows, etc.
)to drive new business growth Coordinate the acquisition of new accounts through networking and prospecting Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients within assigned territory Collaborate with marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the sales strategy Manage the pipeline of new clients so that new sales opportunities are available to meet customer needs Ensure that all CSC ServiceWorks products are available at all major retail stores within territory (including online retail stores) to drive sales and customer satisfaction Build a pipeline of potential customers through prospecting and cold calling Work with account executives to ensure that accounts are being serviced at an adequate level to generate revenue Identify areas of improvement in existing customers' accounts and suggest solutions to management Collaborate with operations team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is maintained Skills Proven experience as a regional vice president or senior manager in a related field (preferred) Proven track record of achieving sales goals within assigned territory; successful completion of outbound prospecting activities is essential Job Type:
