PeopleSoft Function Consultant - Business Analyst

A government organization in Washington DC is actively seeking a new PeopleSoft Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join their staff in a remote capacity.
ResponsibilitiesThe PeopleSoft Functional Consultant / Business Analyst will:
Operate and be familiar with PeopleSoft HCM 9.
2, Manager Self-Service, and the latest application functionality Gather and translate requirements into a best fit within the application Support application configuration and define test scenarios create test scripts Recommend solutions that leverage delivered functionality Review and comment on proposed functionality Evaluate and provide feedback on design documents, test plans and scenarios, and other associated artifacts Work with developers to ensure thorough understanding of functional requirements and designs Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 5
years' experience; or Master's degree and 3 years of experience; or 9 years of overall directly related experience in lieu of degree 3
years of overall functional experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.

Ability to independently organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple and changing priorities Desired skills Federal HR experience, including personnel action processing (PAR), manager/employee self-service, performance management, compensation, approval workflow engine (AWE), and/or learning management PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) experience Strong SQL and PS Query skills Prior hands-on HRConnect experience Experience interacting with the National Finance Center (NFC) for payroll interface purposes Experience working within an agile framework Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Finance Functional Design Human Resources Learning Management Oracle People Soft Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
