Quality Assurance Specialist
Integral Federal is seeking a diligent Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team supporting a Federal program in Washington, DC.
The overarching mission of this program involves analyzing, streamlining, and updating office policies, procedures, process maps, templates, and guidance in alignment with required changes at the agency.
Additionally, the program entails modernizing information delivery on the agency's SharePoint Intranet.
Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
Responsibilities
Review, validate, and ensure quality of all documentation produced, e.
g.
, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), How-Tos, and process maps for adherence to defined format and usability.
Conduct quality assurance activities and perform usability testing on the SharePoint Intranet, focusing on functionality, user experience, and overall quality.
Collaborate closely with the SharePoint Site Administrator and other team members to support the modernization and organization of the SharePoint Intranet.
Analyze and understand federal agency requirements to ensure deliverables are in alignment.
Proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions or enhancements.
Assist with QA support in the form of defect tracking, problem resolution, and monitoring of project progress.
Required:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4
years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and/or process improvement.
At least 2 years of experience with SharePoint and Intranet usability testing.
Strong understanding of office policies, procedures, and guidance applicable to federal agencies.
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Effective problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
