To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a trade association in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Non-Profit Program Operations Manager to support their team!About You:
2
years of program operational management experience.
Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint); WorkDay and CRM experience.
Comfortability exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work to a hybrid schedule on-site (3 days/week) at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
Execute a member communications strategy; draft correspondence, documents, and other copy for members/others.
Assist with scheduling and calendars, and meeting/event coordination and preparation.
Reserve meeting spaces/conference lines, order supplies/catering, and coordinate with colleagues/vendors.
Assist with financial management (billing, contracts, expenses, etc.
).
Maintain/update records of stakeholder contacts; maintain the intranet.
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $28/hr-$32/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $70K-$75K if made permanent, depending on experience.
