Please Assist Me (PAM) is a home management amenity app that partners with luxury apartment communities to bring personal assistant services to their residents.
PAM is black woman owned tech startup based out of the DC area.
We are excited to be adding the role of Assistant Marketing Director to our dedicated team.
The Assistant Marketing Director will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for creating and implementing successful strategies that increase the company's brand awareness, generate leads, maintain relationships, and drive revenue growth.
This is a full time, hybrid position.
(80% remote) As the Assistant Marketing Director, you must know the company's targets and use this in strategic marketing planning and strategies.

Qualifications:
-The qualities necessary for the Assistant Marketing Director include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Access to a working vehicle and a valid driver's license - Experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, automations and project management.
- Willingness to work remotely and onsite as needed - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and interpret trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
