Legal Support Manager

You will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, as well as experience managing and supervising a team of legal support professionals.
The Legal Support Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing the legal support department, providing administrative support to attorneys, and preparing legal documents.
Responsibilities Manage the legal support department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and managing case files Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Conduct legal research and provide attorneys with research assistance Stay up-to-date on legal developments and changes in the law Qualifications Bachelors degree in legal studies or a related field 5

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
