Summary:
The Analyst, Compliance WQ is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and analyzing inspection and survey records, communicating compliance directives to external stakeholders, coordinating site surveys, creating reports and compliance letters, and analyzing data to produce performance metrics.
Essential Functions:
Analyzes data and identifies non-compliance events related to cross-connection control, fire hydrant usage, fats, oils and grease control, illegal discharge and unauthorized water and sewer connections.
Collects, reviews, processes and audits inspection reports by external inspectors.
Defines, recommends, and implements approved records management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Drafts and tracks compliance to corrective directive letters.
Communicates with external stakeholders on compliance regulation, polices and directives.
Solicits new users for the Web Portal.
Communicates with customers, building managers, and other representatives to explain required actions to obtain compliance, schedule site inspections, and obtain reports.
Uses Maximo, GIS and other applications to coordinate site inspections and reporting.
Presents program and business processes to both internal and external stakeholders.
Develops outreach materials and web content describing the compliance program.
Serves as the principal administrator for the Compliance Program web portal; including reviewing data logs and responding to user questions.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
Reasonable amounts of training are provided.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience in the services industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience should include dealing with different management levels in internal and external organizations.
Experience maintaining databases and spreadsheets Good oral and written communication skills Skill in using databases and GIS applications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
