2
years of relevant HR experience is ideal; a Bachelor's Degree is required.
Proficient in MS Office Products; experience in ADP and E-Verify.
Extraordinary attention to detail and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information/requests with sensitivity.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (2-3 days/week) at the Washington, DC location.
The Job:
Assist with completing new hire I-9 verifications and audits.
Schedule meetings/interviews and assist with new hire onboarding/training.
Maintain/update files; process documents through the HR system.
Assist with answering employee requests and questions.
Prepare correspondence, process mail, and complete additional special/tasks as needed.
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $25/hr-$29/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $60K-$70K if made permanent, depending on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
