Summary:
Reporting to the CEO and Chief of Marketing, the Chief Commercial Officer will leverage their contacts in health care and human resources to grow sales targets for Satori's programs, primarily The ProMind Experience.
This role will be responsible for the sales process, execution, on-boarding, business development, market research, and forecasting.
You must have a proven track record for prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
The Chief Commercial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
You will work closely with the founder, to execute the organization's strategic plan and support post-transaction communication and onboarding.
Conversant with the latest trends in nursing retention and health care administration, you should be well-equipped to engage teams of stakeholders and work closely with hospital Human Resources and other organizational departments to ensure we have an efficient sales process of The ProMind Experience.

About Satori Health & Wellness Coaching LtdSatori Health & Wellness Coaching Ltd was founded as a 1-1 coaching practice, and evolved into a cutting-edge digital business.
We have a B2C & B2B division, providing coaching and consulting in areas of nursing retention, and mindfulness for health practitioners.
We're in a period of new leadership and growth aimed at building broad-based awareness of The ProMind Experience's role.
This program is vitally important in the healthcare workspace, and generates action to advance the professional development of nurses - along with allied health practitioners.
More specifically, we are building an engaged Mindful Clinician community.
All that supports health worker retention!Duties:
Build partnerships and networks to generate additional business within the US healthcare industry.
Analyze industry activity to develop business plans and create meaningful KPIs.
Provide revenue and financial support to the executive team.
Travel when needed to negotiate for sales, prospecting, and managing projects - initial response.
Inputs all daily interactions in our CRM on Monday.
com Alongside marketing, you would support the brand positioning of The ProMind Experience and be able to articulate the value of employee benefit programs focused on personal development.
Implement and maintain the sales process to achieve sales objectives.
Demo scheduling, and execution and follow-up with tight deadlines Attend weekly sales meetings with CEO & Chief of Marketing.
Keep records of healthcare/human resources industry trends during your sales activities.
Maintain professionalism and company values when communicating with all clients (written and verbal).
Internet access and phone are a must! Qualifications 7
years of experience in a sales leadership role combined with a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Health Management, or other related discipline.
2-5 years employment record of increasing sales, preferably at the enterprise level of a large hospital or system.
Excellent at networking and building partnerships.
Has an established network of the right stakeholders & decision-makers in healthcare.
Solid knowledge of healthcare industry standards, laws, and business drivers.
Be sensitive to The Soul of a Start-up.
Able to translate strategies into specific objectives and action plans and problem-solving to ensure plan progress.
Skilled at identifying trends and developments that could result in strategic opportunities for the organization.
Your tasks will depend on the program's progress, deadlines and follow-up projects.
Our aim is to run The ProMind Experience in the fall of 2023 and our enrolment period is July 4-27th.
Thus, your role can be a short-term initiative or extended if inline with your professional goals.
This is negotiable.
You must have established contacts in the US healthcare industry, and be confident in your ability to execute.
