Job Description The ideal candidate for this job should possess exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively understand client needs and devise strategies to fulfill them.
They will be responsible for delivering excellent client service, cultivating long-lasting relationships, and retaining clients as valuable referral sources.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to establish a robust referral network and contribute to the firm's brand development through community outreach efforts.
Key responsibilities include creating and nurturing client relationships, resolving any issues that arise, and actively contributing to the firm's reputation by engaging in community outreach activities.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Lead PI Client Satisfaction Program Survey, contact and meet clients from intake to case resolution to ensure 5-Star service; build relationship with clients during case, as well as long-term Collaborate with team to address clients' needs Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate Create plans to address clients' needs to enhance satisfaction and maintain contact post- transaction Study competition to find new ways to retain clients Organize swag program for new and current clients from intake (Welcome Package) through settlement (Thank You Package) Organize event series for VIP clients to enhance relationships post-settlement Ensure ongoing communication with clients on ongoing basis; capture everyone who comes into contact with office; Top of Mind Awareness (newsletter distributed regularly); touch entire contact database 15x per year Maintain database of all clients for ongoing outreach Lead PI Referral Program Overall administration, planning, and development of a referral network Identify key opportunities to broaden firm's reach to new PI clients Develop contacts to mine for referral partnerships Perform a First Responder Analysis for marketing targets Maintain open communication with referral partners and foster ongoing engagement Apply a disciplined and analytical approach to measure KPIs and outcomes to determine what's working and seeking feedback to identify new opportunities Maintain standards and policies of referral program, monitor partner activities and drive ongoing initiatives Welcome and onboard new referral partners; Create Shock and Awe Package; Give gifts at least 2x per year; Provide case updates to lawyer/firm partners; Make the receipt of referral check a special experience to lawyers/firms Develop and manage employee referral program Lead PI Community Relations Outreach and Events Design and implement community initiatives by selecting venues, determining the cost, arranging event services and monitoring success Organize and execute all outreach events by handling all aspects of event planning from event production, coordinating communications, overseeing logistical details Oversee and direct logistics, implementation and follow up to include all aspects of event coordination:
invitations and marketing collateral material, web content and updates, guest list production, communications, tracking RSVPs, soliciting event sponsors (if any), registration, event set-up and breakdown, guest stewardship at events and follow up contact Create and monitor special events budgets and timelines Maintain database to input contacts for tracking event activities and attendance Determine ROI for individual events and conduct year-to-year as well as event-to-event comparative analysis of effectiveness of events Events should include employee charities or causes; sponsorship of local community organizations; speaking to local influencers/first responders for sponsorship ideas; creating raffles and contests for community engagement Requirements and Skills:
Customer service, event planning, and marketing or hospitality background and experience Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Background in customer service; industry knowledge a plus Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.
