POSITION
Summary:
We are currently looking for superintendents with the following experience.
Restaurants, commercial offices, churches, multi-family and similar commercial building renovations, etc Candidates must have at least 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project and Procore are also essential skills needed to be successful in this position.
You'll provide overall on-site project coordination, monitoring and supervision of all site activities throughout all phases of medium to large scale high-end interior renovations and tenant build-outs, retail construction, and base building projects.
You'll also establish site objectives and schedules, act as our on site representative and liaison with subcontractors, vendors, clients, design team.
Other responsibilities include contract compliance, project schedule, site safety, site general conditions costs, quality control and final project delivery and punch-out, to meet client's expectations.
