Job Description Job Summary Foreign Service Staffing (FSS) is responsible for recruitment, utilization, and management of Foreign Service Personnel worldwide in order to ensure that the Agency maintains a competent core workforce.
Incumbent will assist the HR Specialist(s) with the staffing of Foreign Service Personnel in an assigned geographical and/or pillar bureau(s).
Incumbent will report directly to the Deputy Division Chief, FSS.

Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Personnel Action Processing, Human Resources Management research and analysis, scan documents into eOPF, counsel employees regarding benefits and allowances, conduct entrance on duty sessions.
Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements Education and/or Experience Federal HR experience is required Qualifications and Requirements The candidate must have experience with:
Processing personnel action using Human Resources systems (HR Connect, EODS, e-QIP and NFC).
Good oral and written communication skills in order to conduct entrance on duty sessions as well as provide counsel to employees regarding benefits and allowances.
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize, good organizations skills, and displays initiative.
Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Must be able to obtain and maintain USAID Facility Access.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
