As the business progresses, they will be responsible for selecting, preparing, and managing new department associates to ensure that the organizational processes are accomplished to the highest standard with maximum efficiency.

oLeads, Manages and Holds AccountableoBuild, implement, and manages all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and, events, and marketingoAssists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, and expansion systemsoIs responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reportsoCreates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standardsoCoordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipmentoProcess ManagementoHigh-Level Implementationo95% of responsibilities are to be performed independently of supervision.
This position is the key contact for all things operationsoMust work well under pressure and with critical deadlinesoMaintain confidentiality of the company and activities of the teamoCreation and Maintenance of operations manual with team systems and performance standardsoDesigning, implementing and overseeing systemsoReview and implement new systems to increase productivityoStay abreast of the changes and trends within the industryoManage online/offline marketing efforts and track ROI on all marketing expensesoManage daily accountability of the entire team including contests, agent activities, and office accountingoCoordinate and follow up with marketing eventsoOnboarding and Offboarding of all team membersoCreate and Maintain all Operations Manuals for Team systems and performance standards - duplicatable and scalableEssential duties and responsibilitiesoSystem development, implementation, documentation, and managementoInformation managementoOversight of contracts through closingoTracking systems:
productions, inventory, profit, sales, expenses, clients, event attendance, campaign analytics, etc.
oCustomer/Vendor relationsoLeading administrative department members (as appropriate to organizational structure)QualificationsoBachelor's degree preferredo1-year minimum real estate industry experienceoReal estate license is preferred but not required.
(Unlicensed candidates must be willing to get their real estate license within 6 months of onboarding)o1-3 years of service and management experienceo3-5 years of administrative
