VideosHelpDutiesThe duties associated with this internship are Work closely with the information security team, providing support, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team projects and initiatives.
Help identify and assess potential security vulnerabilities in computer systems, networks, and applications by conducting scans, tests, and analysis.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing security logs, alerts, and events to identify any suspicious or potentially malicious activities.
Report and escalate any security incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Support the information security team in responding to security incidents, including investigating and containing incidents, documenting findings, and assisting with recovery and remediation efforts.
Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and technologies related to information security.
Conduct research on emerging threats and help identify and evaluate potential security solutions or tools.
Collaborate with the information security team to develop and update security policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and best practices.
Assist in conducting security audits and assessments of systems, networks, and applications to identify vulnerabilities, assess controls, and make recommendations for improvements.
Participate in security risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization's information systems and data.
Help analyze risks and recommend appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
