Summary:
o Individual will be at desk and responding to emails and updating work order ticket system communication o Customer Service role- Directly interacting with client daily, should be very personable and open to interaction
Responsibilities:
o Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
o Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
o Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co- workers, and/or supervisor.
o Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
o Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
o Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
Requires basic analytical skills.
o Uses personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.
o Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.

o Performs non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial and minor repair duties.
o Works under close supervision-collaborative atmosphere o Performs general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials.
o Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
o Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.
o Patrols grounds, common areas and parking facilities.
o Identifies and reports maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns.
o Performs housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
o Facilitates office access and office moves by providing moving crates, assembling furniture, office keys, nameplates, etc.
o Maintains key inventory.
o Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
o Prepares meetings and conference rooms, arranging tables and chairs as requested.
o May set up audio/visual equipment, flip charts and TVs within conference rooms and pick up when completed.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
o Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
Must Haves:
o 1-year professional experience in the field o High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)May require valid driver's license.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
