The successful candidate will possess the following:
URGENT NEED - Interviewing now Thorough knowledge of Oracle EBS Federal FinancialsExperience with the technical development of the report, interface, conversion, and enhancement (RICE) elements that support Oracle EBS Experience with full systems, including integrations and enhancementsExperience with Financial Reporting and Business Intelligence from a Technical support and development standpoint Experience developing, writing, and/or contributing to Technical DesignsProven ability to support management in analysis and review, planning, and development Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field 7

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
