Program Command and Control (C2) Technical Specialist with Security Clearance

The Mission:
D&G is seeking a highly motivated Program Command and Control (C2) Technical Specialist to support the U.
S.
Coast Guard's (USCG's) Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Acquisition Program.
The USCG is acquiring an integrated system of cutters (National Security Cutter, Off-shore Patrol Cutter, Heavy Polar Ice Breaker, Medium Icebreaker, Fast Response Cutter), aircraft (Medium Range Surveillance, Long Range Surveillance), C4ISR systems, and logistics assets.
These will replace, upgrade, or retire numerous cutters and aircraft with an integrated system of modernized aircraft, cutters, sensors, and command and control assets.
Additionally, the USCG is upgrading C2 systems installed on existing (i.
e.
, in-service) cutters/aircraft not scheduled for replacement to create an integrated fleet.
This will serve to both ensure interoperability within the Service and meet national security interoperability requirements with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Agencies.
The C4ISR Acquisition Program concurrently manages multiple C2 Programs annually.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
The Program Command & Control (C2) Technical Specialist is a member of a dynamic and multi-functional team providing program management, acquisition and C2 technical support to the C4ISR Program to include:
Technical support for C2 system development, C2 system integration, and C2 system planning for new and in-service Coast Guard surface and aviation assetsProviding expertise and research across program management functional areas including acquisition, configuration management, requirements management, logistics, systems engineering, and test and evaluationPerforming analyses such as technical tradeoffs, risk analyses, and business case studies at a commiserate level to a USCG or DoD major acquisitionDeveloping white papers (no more than six in any twelve-month period) to concisely communicate the findings of technical analyses and researchProviding technical and operational advice relative to potential C2 technologies Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience supporting a major system acquisition programMinimum of (3) years of experience in working with or supporting command and control systems such as the Global Command and Control System (GCCS), USCG SeaWatch, USCG Sea Commander, or Minotaur Family of ServicesDemonstrated analytical experienceTop Secret Clearance Place of Performance:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
