Altamira is seeking expertise to enable modernization of Intelligence Community reporting and customer engagementAs part of the Partner Engagement Team, you will have daily interactions with customers across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to provide support, gather user requirements for future application developmentYou will also work closely with DoD offices to define development tasks and to create and employ methods of oversight and assessmentThis position will require access to highly sensitive and classified data required to perform your daily tasksOur customer is a U.
SGovt intelligence support research and development activity that is chartered to solve the IC's hardest challengesThis role is in support of a project team focused directly at modernization of quarterly reports on sensitive activityThe project team is not an intelligence reporting shop, rather, we are a capability enabler with a mission to build, maintain, and support an enduring IC capabilityWhile you will have exposure to the larger R&D mission, this is not the primary focus of this project teamSecurity Requirements:
Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access Required
Qualifications:
o TS/SCI clearanceo SAP access is requiredIndividuals unable to maintain SAP access cannot serve in this role.
o Possess a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
o Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data.
o Experience analyzing, visualizing, and dashboarding data using Kibana, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
o Knowledge of collaboration environments such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Redmine.
o Excellent oral and written communications skillsPreferred Qualifications (candidates with one or more of these will receive preference)o Graduate degree or certificate from a regionally accredited institution.
o Experience working with the sensitive activity community.
o Experience working with one or more intelligence disciplines.
o Teaching, training, or instruction experience.
o Data Analytics or Data Engineering certification
Responsibilities:
o Assist in maintaining and updating a custom data collection and visualization tool created for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).
o Provide short-turn analytic, time-sensitive support to a variety of agencies to assist in answering high-level requests-for-information.
o Serve as a liaison between members of the DIE and offices in the Pentagon to ensure the data collection and visualization tool is meeting customer needs at a variety of levels.
o Provide briefings on the platform to users, customers, and interested third partiesMust be able to communicate capabilities and requirements effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency.
o Administer quality control and process improvement activities, including data entry, validation, and cleaning before conducting analysis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
