Lead Technical Analyst

Terms of Employment Contract, 12 months (Potential to go Permanent) This position is hybrid.
The office is located in Washington D.
C.
Local candidates only This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
OverviewOur client is looking for a Lead Technical Analyst responsible for delivering essential systems and data analysis, implementing enterprise-wide tools and technology, designing management systems, managing critical systems, and overseeing data analysis techniques and processes.
The role also involves collaborating with internal and external teams, leading cross-departmental and cross-functional teams, and owning data collection capabilities.
Responsibilities Coordinate infrastructure upgrades/updates/patches with IT Ops Teams (WebSphere, AIX, Oracle, Linux, MQ).
Negotiate and obtain approval for schedules pertaining to infrastructure upgrades.
Communicate infrastructure change activities and scheduled outages with stakeholders.
Manage the change requests and track its completion with team members.
Ensure statuses are updated in the tracking system (ServiceNow).
Update planned outage event calendar with upcoming activities.
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document change processes.
Create, Store, and Track Documents in SharePoint/MS Teams.
Host meetings with stakeholders to intake, track status, and understand new technical requests.
Record and track IP, DNS, Hostname, SSL Certificate, and other technical details in documentation.
Understand the Change Management process and represent teams infrastructure changes in CAB review meetings.
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8 years of relevant Technical Analysis experience.
Ability to navigate through various complex systems, deliver quality solutions within budget and schedule.
Ability to Reboot/Restart/Start/Stop Servers, Application Servers, Applications running.
Ability to understand projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives.
Expert knowledge of architecture, application development, data structure and analysis techniques and methods.
Proficiency in reading security patterns and audit reports to adhere with standards.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
Strong understanding of Project Management and translating organization objectives into goals.
Preferred Skills & Experience Advanced degree Familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint and/or MS Teams.
Recommended Skills Architecture Auditing Business Planning Change Management Dns Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
