0 standard notation to support our client's strategic programs for Core Operations System Replacement and for Loan System Renewal.
Experience working for a large financial institution is a strong plus.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Leveraging strong communication skills, organize and lead business process modeling discussions with SMEs and business stakeholders to collect process-related details and capture in models for stakeholder review and approvals.
Work with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to collect and integrate the application attribute information with the application inventory they maintain in the Lean Enterprise Architecture Platform (LEAP) Working with the Business Architect Lead, model strategically identified processes in BPMN 2.
0 standard notation using iGrafx to capture process logic, business rules, and supporting application and stakeholder metadata for both diagrams and entity objects.
Provide required clarification to the development team on the business processes Work with other Business analysts to successfully deliver integrated work program Engage/Collaborate with other IT teams such as Technical, UX, Architecture teams to ensure that the requirements are fully understood.
Provide overall support to ensure the successful design, testing, and implementation of the applications.
Skills / Experience Required:
Must have 10
years of experience in Business analysis/Process modeling.
Master's degree plus required industry certificates Experience working for a large financial institution.
Experienced IT professional leading large projects and contributing to critical functions.
Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices Knowledge of business analysis best practices (such as BABOK) and ability to effectively apply them.
Advanced knowledge of specific business area, process, workflows, standards, and business practices Experience with modeling business processes in Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) 2.
0 Experience with conducting stakeholder interviews directly with clients and management without supervision and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus.
Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation/communications.
Experience with tools like iGrafx, PEGA, Camunda, jBPM CBAP, CSPO or similar certification is a plus.
