SENIOR Human Capital PROGRAM MANAGER with Security Clearance
We are seeking a Senior Human Resource/Human Capital Program Manager to join R3 Government Solutions! This is a remote role with the possibility of occasional on-site meetings in Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate will apply their human capital knowledge and understanding of federal workforce planning to assist our clients with determining skills and resource levels required to meet their mission.
This role will directly engage with federal customer leaders and utilize an established agency workforce planning tool.
