YSI is seeking a highly qualified Requirements Manager The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Functional
Responsibilities:
The Requirements Manager will provide the expertise in support of the project stakeholders and end users to elicit, understand, analyze, and document the requirements for a system in order to solve a given business problem.
Analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, and participate in design of new systems by conducting business systems analysis and design, data modeling, process flow modeling, and process reengineering.
Managing and verifying requirements; capturing detailed descriptions of user needs and product functionality; and ensuring the project team has clear, consistent, and testable requirements documented in user stories and completion criteria.
The Requirements Manager will also reconcile conflicts; decompose highlevel information into the appropriate level of detail for team members; and participate in peer reviews of requirements documentation.
Manage and verify requirements Capture detailed descriptions of system capability and functionality Ensure the project team has clear, consistent, and testable requirements documented in test plans, test procedures, and completion criteria.
Document findings, that includes documentation of the process conducted, results of the analysis, and recommended course(s) of action Engage with relevant functional and technical teams for design, development, and testing activities around client requirements Required Skills and Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret Clearance required Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or related field from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent experience Minimum of 7 years' experience.
Directly related postgraduate study may be substituted for experience at the rate of three credit hours for three months of experience up to 36 credit hours Able to think outside of the box:
find unexpected ways to solve problems or meet requirements Effective organizational skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
Government financial systems experience Agile process experience Jira process experience Working knowledge of the Atlassian Tool Suite.
Experience with Data Relationship Management Suite Experience with Oracle Technologies such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Oracle Data Visualization, Oracle Data Integrator Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Business Processes Business Relationship Management Business Systems Communication Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
