Description The MVHS Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Quality Auditor to work in our Washington, D.
C.
area Call Center.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience supporting the Military OneSource mission.
The Military OneSource Program provides 24/7 support services for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
This program provides a broad array of information, resources, education, referrals, and counseling to about 4.
7 million participants which includes military service members, their families, and eligible civilians at locations worldwide.
The Military OneSource program serves as a one source for resource and information encompassing a comprehensive support system.
The Quality Auditor implements established approaches for measuring performance goals, participant outcomes, indicators, and sources of data that ensure broad-based support and high-quality service delivery across the program.
They monitor, measure, and track program deliverables against established service-level agreements (SLAs) for performance and outcomes measurement.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Conducts quality audits of all program performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identifies and submits patterns, trends, and recommended remedies to the Auditing Manager, resulting from all performance data reviewed and analyzed.
Engages across the program to provide feedback and corrective actions on the quality of program deliverables and mandated reports, ensuring all data captured is accurate, complete, and submitted within the prescribed timeframe or frequency, and meets all performance standards.
Escalates any pattern in lack of presence, clarity, quality, and continuity of service delivery.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling.
Proven proficiency in:
Microsoft based tools including Word, Outlook, Excel; web-based research; electronic documentation systems.
Experience completing quality audits in the mental health field.
Strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations, and knowledge and understanding of military lifestyle and culture.

citizen and ability to speak fluent English.
Ability to pass a criminal history and fingerprint background checks, and credential review/verification.

Pay Range $66,300.
00 - $119,850.
00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
