Maintenance Facilities Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Facilities Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC! As a Maintenance Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting weekly/monthly facility tours and inspections and ensuring all mechanical systems are functioning properly.
You will also be liaising with vendors for HVAC repairs, inventory management, and conference set-up.
Your extensive experience in hospitality, manual labor, and customer service will be essential for success in this role.

Conduct weekly/monthly facility tours and inspections to identify potential issues and ensure all mechanical systems are functioning properly Liaise with vendors for HVAC repairs, inventory management, and conference set-up Assist in the daily management of assigned facility Hang pictures, change soap, change air freshener, and use a cordless screw gun to change computer monitors Moving furniture with a team and assembly of furniture Add tickets for work orders Infrastructure SupportQualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a Maintenance Facilities role Extensive experience in hospitality, manual labor, and customer service Ability to work in a professional arena and although the position is maintenance area related, the dress code still must be professional, not construction type based.
