We are looking to add to our Regional Sales team and are searching for a top-notch, solutions-oriented sales/business development professional with a background in the hospitality segment preferred.
We sell a wide range of premium gourmet food products to the top tier of hotels and luxury resorts.
We are seeking a great sales professional who we can rally behind and assist us in growing our business.
Our ideal candidate would have experience selling across a variety of departments in a premium or luxury hotel property.
Many of our most successful sales professionals have come from within a hotel or resort property in a sales and marketing, catering, food/beverage, and conferences or meetings sales capacity or in food sales to the Hospitality business.
You will be a key member of our small high-performing sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships for our range of products.
Your hunting, business development, solution selling, and account management skills will dramatically impact our company's ongoing and growing success.
You will create a strategic target set of prioritized accounts.
You will implement an account solution selling strategy and process for these key accounts.
You will create a formal networking plan to engage with decision makers at key customers and prospects.
You thrive on building new relationships, and on obtaining more business from existing customers.
The role includes some travel- in the 50 percent range which includes overnight travel.

Regional Sales Manager Position
Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the business development and maintenance of client relationships throughout their assigned Territory and Region(s) in the Hospitality channel.
This role is focused on selling our branded and private label products, expanding the business to new clientele as well as growing the sales with existing clientele.
In this position you will:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager (Hospitality):
Prospect for and secure new customers and manage all aspects of these new relationships.
Actively sell to existing and new customers, increasing sales accounts and volume, increasing customer usage of our products, and expanding customer touch points.
Meet and exceed defined sales goals for assigned zone.
Interface and collaborate with other company departments to ensure customer needs are met on-time and in-full.
Effectively launch new items and specials into the marketplace.
Travel (50+%) to call on new customers to introduce products and to visit existing clientele as needed.
Maintain Appropriate CRM sales records.
Utilize the sales tools provided and contribute ideas that would benefit the team.
Be a team player.
Effectively communicate with customer service team in the implementation of sales and new programs for customers.
Share ideas for success and future growth.
