Overview The Human Capital Analyst role serves on behalf of the project prime contractor as a primary contributor developing strategy, communications, and guidance products, and attending frequent client engagements virtually or in-person supporting implementation of Navy SSP Human Capital Operating PlanIn particular, this role is focused on the development of career paths for government employees by identifying and documenting competencies, experieences, and other developmental objectives across different career levelsThe Senior Analyst develops and implements tasks in support of strategic human capital initiatives integrating client direction, team leadership guidance, and contributions from team membersThe Senior Analyst should be an independent self-starter with the ability to lead tasks if neededThe Senior Analyst communicates with client and contractor team members in a secure and professional environment ensuring the highest standards of integrity, quality, and discretion in work and conductDuty location is majority virtual/remote with some (apx 5 times or fewer per month) required travel to client sitesThis position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearanceYou must be a U.

Experience:
o Ability to obtain SECRET Clearance requiredo Active SECRET Clearance highly preferredo Human capital and/or training and development experienceo Human Centered Design (HCD) certification and/or experience developing and leading facilitations at the 0-6/GS-15 levelo Comfort communicating verbally and in writing with technical audienceso Comfort operating in the grey and working independently with limited guidanceo Prior experience in project initiation and task management highly desiredo Comfort and facility using standard Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) requiredo Strong ability to build clean, visually appealing, and professional briefings in PowerPointo Comfort and facility developing reports and briefings with short turnaround times and variable client requirements/guidance highly desiredo MUST have strong attention to detailo Experience leading tasks will be highly preferredo Preferred data analysis and visualization skills EDUCATION &
Experience:
o Minimum Bachelor's and 2 years work experience or Master's Degreeo Degree in business, economics, policy, learning and development, or STEMo Experience in consulting, management, HR, or L&D preferredo DoD Experience Preferred Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Consulting Data Analysis Economy Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
