The Junior Helpdesk Specialist shall provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Basic
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher education Minimum 2 years of Helpdesk support experience.
MUST be US Citizen, eligible to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
Preferred
Qualifications:
General knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office products, mobile devices, workstations and peripherals, and Windows OS.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility in performing daily duties in a fast-paced environment.
