o The candidate will provide analytical support to the headquarters' Human Resources Office (DCHRO)DCHRO is an operational office providing services to HQs, PEOs, and General Fund Field Activities, which encompasses over 6,000 customers.
o The HRO provides services in the areas of staffing, classification, labor and employee relations, training and development, Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) performance and pay administration, Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Drug Testing Programs, awards and other related services.
o The HRO provides professional services to hiring managers, supervisors, and employees in the HR disciplines listed aboveDuties and responsibilities include:
o Prepare reports, data analysis, and findings in the form of charts, briefing materials, and analysis narrative.
o Collect, synthesize, and analyze a wide array of data input, including:
staffing plan inputs; predicted attrition analytics; return on investment data for events; diversity goals and gaps; career field competency needs assessments; and related organizational health assessments and trends.
o Provide recommendations or information for decision-making.
o Participate in ad hoc, recurring, or other project-based work, as assigned.
o Write summaries and reports.
o Develop presentation materials.
o Work with various stakeholders, as neededRequired Skills:
o Proficient Excel skills:
pivot tables, charts, analyze and synthesis datao Strong Power Point and Word skillso A team-oriented outlook with outstanding customer service experience.
o Strong analytical skills along with discretion in performing specified work requirementso Outstanding written and oral communication skillso Attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently, and with sufficient knowledge, present projects to senior management Preferred Skills:
