POSITION SUMMARYThe Business Development and Outreach Manager builds partnerships with businesses, lenders, non-profit organizations, real estate professionals, and individual home buyers to market and promote the Single-Family Program(s) and products.
The main responsibilities include utilizing comprehensive data to formulate and implement the marketing strategies and marketing materials and training curriculum of the Single-Family homeownership programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES o Develop and maintain relationships with Lenders, Real Estate professionals, developers, non-profit agencies, and government agencies to promote the Agencys Singe Family Programs o Assist with the analysis and implementation of new and revised Single-Family Programs o Communicate and provide training to all mortgage lenders, realtors, developers, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders to explain regulations policies and procedures, resolve issues, and promote the Agencys Single-Family Programs o Manage lender monitoring and management, compliance management, the Single-Family product offering and marketing strategies o Develop a comprehensive knowledge about the Single-Family business and its practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and trends for the industry o Develop innovative strategies for developing and retaining clients and customers as business partners o Manage and engage market research in order to identify and generate new business opportunities o Manage and monitor a comprehensive database of the Washington DC area homeownership programs, initiatives and incentives o Partner with internal Public Relations Affairs to coordinate and implement marketing strategies and materials o Attend housing industry and association events to promote Agencys Single Family Programs o Perform routine homebuyer and homeownership seminars and outreach to educate potential and current customers o Perform routine stakeholder seminars to educate new and existing industry partners o Perform other duties as required KNOWLEDGE AND
Qualifications:
o Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, real estate, or equivalent years of experience is required o 5-7 years experience in sales and marketing o Experience with customer focused marketing o Knowledge of mortgage concepts, practices and procedures; and mortgage programs o Experience in Capital Markets/Secondary preferred o Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely o Strong negotiating, influencing, and communication skills in a fast paced environment o Demonstrate analytical skills o Ability to pay strong attention to detail o Must be able to successfully and autonomously manage projects of a varied and complex nature o Must possess strong working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite o Ability to work proactively and operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with variable deadlinesPIa80038daa752-31181-33179564 Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Capital Markets Coaching And Mentoring Communication Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
