In this role, you will work closely with supervision to perform a diverse range of customer service duties, ensuring seamless interactions with our valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, facilitating payment procedures, maintaining accurate customer account records, and handling various clerical tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of our customer service department.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Execute payment procedures accurately and efficiently in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain and update customer account records with precision and attention to detail.
- Carry out various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation, to support overall departmental efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and positive customer service experience.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute ideas to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in relevant computer applications and data entry.
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
