Job Description:
o Assist implementation teams to support/strengthen partnerships with current and prospective user baseso Work with analysts to discover use cases, train/mentor users, and troubleshoot technical issueso Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued successo Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needso Provide desk-side training to analystso Train analysts/operators in a classroom settingo Staff the Help Desk:
respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issueso Provide feedback to the engineering team about products
Qualifications:
o 5
years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operationso Prior experience with Gotham requiredo Additional experience with Gaia and Foundry is a pluso Ability to travel domestically and internationally 75-100% of the time, if neededo Experience supporting/briefing senior leadershipo Strong knowledge of Excelo Military/Special Operations experience is a plus.
