The SrProgram Analyst will provide on-demand timely professional support services to the Flag Officers, Executive Directors and COS for SEA 21The requirement is for a proven communication, analytics, and strategic action officer, a capable person to provide SEA 21 Leadership with knowledge management, strategic planning, brief development, action tracking, and communication support to include messaging, configuration control, database management, and proactive thinkingPrimary
Responsibilities:
The SrProgram Analyst will proactively and re-actively respond short and long term asking from SEA 21 Leadership, coordinating as necessary with stakeholders, to provide quality on time products to include communication strategies, briefs, point papers, and analysisAlso, will work strategic initiatives to assess SEA 21 data and metrics to make recommendations on gathering, filing, controlling, and maintaining data for rapid useThe scope includes developing strategic initiatives that focus on improved business practices as well as improved data utilization, messaging and tasker responses, and technical/program execution processesDo you have what it takes? Required Skills:
o 10 years of Experience in DOD Analyst Support to include Flag Level Strategy Planning, Communication Approaches, Brief Development, Knowledge Management, and Process Improvement.
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or other equivalento Sharepoint Knowledge/Experience.
o DTS experienceo MS Suite - Specifically Power Point, Word, Access, and Excel.
o Proactive and excellent customer service with management experience.
o Creative, poised, and flexible supporting TSFO leadership.
o Must have an maintain an active DoD Secret clearancePreferred Skills:
o Experience as a former Acquisition Program Manager.
o OPS Officer Experience.
o Master's degree Military friendly Recommended Skills Business Ethics Business Process Improvement Configuration Management Creativity Customer Service Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
