Hybrid, Washington, DC REQUIRED SKILLS Work experience at GSA Experience with Financial / Budget Analysis Experience with Pegasys Experience using BI Systems TASKS Provide major customers with better service in managing the hundreds of millions of RWA funding they have entrusted to NCR Perform a wide variety of analytical and evaluative work analyses in one or more of the following program areas:
budgeting and financial management, business strategy, contracting and procurement, organizational design, project and property management, workforce development and/or supply Provide expertise and technical advice on all RWA policy and financial matters Research and/or analyze problems, issues or program requirements.
Research and/or analyze unstable or complex program issues.
Review information, reconcile conflicting data and devise new or modified methods to analyze findings.
Develop recommendations and proposals Provide management with statistical analyses, correlations and identification of associated indicators and drivers that have impact in relation to the subject program and all related programs Identify problem areas and determine whether the problem is amenable to statistical inquiry, the kinds of data necessary and sources of the information needed.
Incumbent is responsible for the validity of results and the soundness of his/her value judgments must be reflected in the statistical conclusions presented RWA Entry & Tracking Application (RETA) - RETA is a web-based Oracle application that empowers its users to manage Reimbursable Work Authorization (RWA information.
RETA serves as the PBS repository for RWA data, maintaining and audit trail of the original RWA and subsequent amendments to that data Utilizing daily Pegasys reference tables The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all RWAs are processed and entered in a timely manner and accurately; generate timely reports summarizing and detailing RWA obligations, commitments, costs and income; review project status, available balances, percentages and completion, etc.
; and maintain management control over key transactions Pegasys (Database for managing GSA financial accountability and obligations) The Analyst will be responsible for using Pegasys to enter obligating documents (Award Letters); review open items and verify obligations; search the payment history of contracts by reviewing past and pending payments EASi -The Analyst will be responsible for providing concurrences on funding validations for project requests (PRs) Business Intelligence System (BI) - The Analyst will utilize BI to track obligations, income, and expenses to help disseminate the information to GSA's internal and external customers when presenting Status reports as it pertains to the operation and maintenance of the buildings listed in our inventory Recommended Skills Business Intelligence Contract Management Databases Finance Maintenance Oracle Applications Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
