Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as a medical receptionist, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with office management tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
