Job Type Full-time Description SSI is seeking candidates interested in supporting a new multi-year contract beginning in the Spring of 2024.
The Hardware/Software Endpoint Specialist will:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customers including initial response and well as in-depth technical support Collect statistics on hardware/software problems, incidents and requests Ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner and meet standards for SLAs Assist with a variety of troubleshooting tasks on computers, printers and peripherals.
Reimage machines as required Move, track and assist with the disposal of equipment Resolve issues with email, digital signatures, encryption, CAC certificates and other access issues for Navy websites Maintain mobile devices Requirements Must have active Secret Clearance; must be eligible to obtain Top Secret Education:
High School Diploma/GED Certifications:
Sec+ Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience and knowledge of hardware, software, information assurance or business analytical support.
Experience must include at least two of the following areas:
technical and user documentation, end-user training, network support, information assurance or general administrative support.
Must possess good interpersonal, communications, and analytical skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
