Help Desk Supervisor/Sr.

Public TrustOur client is looking to hire multiple Help Desk Supervisor/Sr.
User Trainers to work at the Office of the Pardon Attorney in Washington, DC.
We are looking for on?site technical resource/support in making visually appealing and data?accurate updates to a public facing website.
Quick learner who is willing to learn new data management systems in order to provide high?level support, as well as day?to?day management in conjunction with job requirements.

Be part of a dynamic team in providing legal services to support the Department of Justice and the Office of the Pardon Attorney's mission.
In this role, you will assist with more technical tasks using various technologies provided by the Office of the Pardon Attorney to help support their mission.

Typical assignments include the following but not limited to:
o Provide on?site technical resource/support who should be comfortable with making visually appealing and data?accurate updates to a public facing website.
o Quick learner who is willing to learn new data management systems in order to provide high?level support, as well as day?to?day management.
o Create, modify and run daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, as requested.
o Provide technical support to new and current users of the internal database system.
o Assist in testing database functionality following upgrades or fixes.
o Make updates to website based on specific data points at regular intervals.
o Provide technical support to office staff as necessary, to include interaction with Department technical staff, ordinary maintenance of office technical equipment, and routine troubleshooting.
o Candidate should be mindful of principles of cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy in all work assignments.
The above mentioned duties may be performed as single functions or in combination with one another.
One is expected to perform Help Desk Supervisor/Sr.
Trainer as defined by the contract.
Basic
Qualifications:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o Strong skills in commonly used software, such as Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
o Familiarity using Drupal, TEAMS or TEAMS Apps.
o Experience with SharePoint (Administrative Role)o At least two years of experience providing direct end-user support for the applications being supported, including both telephone support and on-site assistance to users, is preferred.
Certain applications may require certification by the software provider.
o At least one year teaching/training experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications preferred.
o Must have hands-on familiarity with the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environment of the applications being supported.
o Should be an expert user of the Government's word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems.
o Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important.
o Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
o Must be a U.
S.
Citizen.
Preferred
Qualifications:
o Experience working in a Government and/or Litigation Support environment in conjunction with basic qualifications, preferred.
o Undergraduate degree valued.
o Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
o Experience with DOJ office automation environments extremely helpful.
o Knowledge of Government's IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server based applications preferred.
o Experience using payroll systems, and financial management systems a plus.
o At least one year of experience in automated litigation support preferred.
o Current or active clearance.
