IT Operations Manager with Security Clearance


Job Description:
The Operations Manager is a key personnel role responsible for overseeing the daily management of EOIR's comprehensive Service Delivery and Customer Service operations.
As an enterprise watch officer, this individual guarantees that service delivery is as optimal, resilient, and high performing as possible, supporting the EOIR headquarters and field site services at all courts within the United States and internationally.
The Operations Manager will oversee the management of all tasks, ensuring uninterrupted support and managing a team of key personnel.
The ability to ensure a seamless transition during contract changes without impacting ongoing projects is vital for this role.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Program Manager and must have the flexibility to provide project reports on a weekly basis or as requested by the Government Task Managers (GTMs).

Position is contingent on contract award.
Requirements:

S.
Citizenship is required.
Candidate must have a Public Trust Clearance.
The position is onsite at designated DOJ locations.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 10
years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 8
years of relevant experience in operations management or related field.
Prior experience in a governmental or enterprise-level technology environment is preferred.
Extensive experience in operations management within a technology or government service delivery environment.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to oversee diverse teams.
Exceptional competency in service delivery management and customer support operations.
Excellent communication skills for regular reporting and interaction with government officials and GTMs.
Solid understanding of project management disciplines, including risk management, configuration management, and quality assurance.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under budget and time constraints.
Responsibilities:
Direct the day-to-day operations of EOIR's Service Delivery/Customer Service initiatives.
Work with other department contract staff in various disciplines to ensure fully integrated support for the government.
Provide leadership and manage multiple tasks while ensuring all contractor employees perform effectively and cohesively.
Implement and maintain quality assurance, configuration management, and security management processes applicable to the task order.
Regularly report on project status and operational performance to the GTMs.
Ensure staff members complete their tasks on time, within budget, and in accordance with established project management methodologies.
Identify areas for service improvement and contribute to contingency planning to ensure continuous service.
