RN-Home Health Nurse-PRN 60- 100 an Hour
Elevated Home Healthcare is looking for an Independent contractor/PRN/Part-Time Registered Nurse in the Northern VA area.
Responsibilities:
Establish care plan for patients Complete OASIS documents Communicate with the care team in regards to the patient's progress Disease Management Medication Management/Teaching/Administration Postoperative Management Pain Management Measurement of vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, lung sounds, pulse oximetry, and glucose as ordered by your physician RN REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid RN license in the state of VA Graduation from an accredited RN program Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills.
Prefer at least one year of home health experience.
Must be familiar with OASIS documentation.
Current CPR certification Professional Liability Insurance or be willing to purchase (Cost=approx less than $100/year-required only if 1099/contract employee) Valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance policy RN SHOULD POSSESS:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team Timeliness in response time for referrals and submission of documentation Aptitude in problem-solving ability Professional attitude and good communication skills.
WORK LOCATION:
Washington DC Area Alexandria, Virginia Fairfax County Arlington County Prince William County Loudoun County Fauquier County Cities of Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Manassas Park and Manassas Coverage of at least 2 counties/Cities are preferable Start Date:
ASAPSalary:
$60-$100 per visit.

Per visit rate negotiable based on experience.
