Senior network engineer with Security Clearance

Contractor will be responsible for the oversight of the TFIN Unified Communication SystemThis will include designing, implementing, and supporting the Department's VoIP, Collaboration, and Video Conferencing portfolioThe contractor will also implement industry standard solutions to deliver best in class service, evaluate and recommend next generation technologies to improve end user experience, address the Department's requirements, and articulate practical solutions to mission critical issues in a high energy environmentIn addition, the contractor will oversee quality assurance, system upgrades, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure product sustainabilityThe contractor will provide support to the TFIN network team to accomplish other network requirements and projects as neededThis is a full time taskThe contractor will complete the following tasks and associated deliverables in coordination with government personnel:
o Perform infrastructure system management, consulting, and integration functions across the Department's Unified Communications and Collaboration platformso Research, analyze, and recommend systems improvements and enhancementso Develop and manage operational and preventive maintenance checks for all UC systemsCreate and maintain run books and databases including documentation for all product hardware, software, and operations manualso Plan, design and implement local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP)o Support/troubleshoot network issues and coordinates with original equipment manufacturers/other vendors, as necessary, for installation of hardware such as routers and switcheso Implement other network projectsPersonnel supporting this task must possess the following:
o Expert level Cisco UCS VoIPo Strong working knowledge of Video Conferencing systems:
Cisco, Microsoft and Crestrono Strong knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft collaboration applications:
Jabber, Teams, Skype, etco Proficient in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, QoS, etco Working knowledge of Cisco networking LAN/WAN, routing/switchingo Strong knowledge of telecom services:
Enterprise SIP networks o Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approacho Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and interpret data from various sourceso Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team settingo Knowledge of ICD-503 standards and requirements for system accreditation o Minimum 7 years of experience in Cisco Unified Communication System o Minimum BS degree in IT related field o Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) certification o Certifications in one or more areas:
(Routing, Switching, Security, VOIP preferred)o CCNA o Hold and maintain a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Cisco Cisco Certified Network Associate Communication Databases Apply to this job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
