Overview Under this task order, the Contractor shall work directly with the DRL/MLGA office, U.
S.
Department of State (DOS) to support DRL/MLGA's mission to coordinate and implement bureau policy on transnational repression, including reviewing Interpol Red Notices.
This position will include monitoring unclassified and classified information sources, undertaking research, drafting documents, entering data into relevant unclassified and classified computer systems, drafting written communications, and advising, briefing, and otherwise supporting relevant interlocutors within the State Department, the U.
S.
government interagency, intergovernmental organizations and civil society organizations.
The Contractor shall work on a team consisting of civil service, Foreign Service, and contractor personnel.
Responsibilities Support the Department of State's Multilateral and Global Affairs office in leading efforts alongside interagency partners, intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, and civil society interlocutors to counter and deter transnational repression through the implementation of section 6503(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act, Public Law 117-81 (NDAA), also known as the Transnational Repression Accountability and Prevention (TRAP) Act.
Conduct open source, sensitive, and classified research on cases of suspected transnational repression through collaboration with relevant geographic bureaus, regional desks, embassies abroad, the intelligence community, and relevant law enforcement agencies to shape interagency course of action development.
Coordinate findings with the Office of the Legal Advisor, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Bureau of Counterterrorism, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and others by preparing reports, analyses, and briefing materials to inform policy determinations.
Monitor and track global events that pose a heightened risk of transnational repression, particularly through abuse of international law enforcement communications, for human rights defenders, civil society activists, journalists, and political critics and dissidents to raise awareness and identify opportunities for bi-lateral or multilateral Recommended Skills Classified Information Communication Consulting Justice Law Enforcement Open Source Technology Apply to this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
