Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team at Kvaroy Arctic in a remote, part-time, temporary capacity.
As a Logistics Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by performing various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
? Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
? Preparing sales orders, and invoices through NetSuite ? Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs (Trace Register, Emerson, NetSuite, etc.
) ? Provide general data entry support across different teams.
? Create arrivals tables for customs brokers for clearance of fresh products.
? Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to proper channels ? Track and trace incoming shipments from Europe.
? Organize and communicate information to sales team, freight forwarders, warehouses, customs brokers as needed.
? Assist logistics coordinators.
Business Knowledge, Skill Requirements, and Desired Attributes:
Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, particularly in a seafood or food industry setting.

Excellent customer service and client relations skills Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platform (Gmail, Drive, and Sheets) Knowledge in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Previous knowledge of seafood import and understanding of supply chain.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, written communication, and verbal skills.
