ASD has an opening for a QA/ Systems Analyst to join our teamThis position provides an opportunity to join an expanding team that will continue to develop and expand a system that supports an existing government customerWe work closely with our customer to ensure that we continue to provide the updated services needed as they expand their own offerings to a growing list of other government organizations.
The selected Analyst candidate will work within an established team to build and further advance software systems and applicationsThey will work alongside the Program Manager, development, and maintenance teams to create, manage, and report on multiple technology development initiativesKey
Responsibilities:
o Analyze machine performance logs and determine improvements to hardware (HW)/software (SW) systems and processes and process improvementso Experience with Microsoft Office suite, analyzing data, and presenting datao Understand how machines and SW work togethero Failure mode analysiso Ability to work with developers to design and analyze logso Develop plans, coordinate activities, and present data to senior customerso Machine design and/or maintenance experience desiredo Experience communicating directly with customers and strong presentation skillsBasic
Qualifications:
o 3-5 years experienceo The candidate must be a U.
Scitizen and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigationWork Location:
Primary location of work will be at customer site in Washington, DC (3 days a week), with 2 days a week at Company site in Falls Church, VA.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
