Membership, Meetings, & Operations Manager

Join our client's team as a Membership Meetings, & Operations Manager! You will play a pivotal role in managing this association's financial records, handling member inquiries, and overseeing membership management suite. We're seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in project management, ready to contribute to this association's dynamic team environment. If you have a Bachelor's Degree, 5
years of membership organization experience, and proficiency in database management, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
Work with outside accountants for association bookkeeping, including managing payments and maintaining financial records. Handle member service requests and manage membership management suite, including dues processing and online directory maintenance. Support the association's social media platforms, member communications calendar, and data-gathering projects. Assist with event planning, speaker management, logistics coordination, and development of conference materials. Manage exhibit and sponsorship financial reports, contribute to event direction and theme discussions. Directly support the association's foundation, including fundraising and awards coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required. 5
years of experience with a membership organization or similar role. Proficiency in database management, MS Suite, IMis, and CiviCRM proficiency required. Prior experience with association financials and basic website updating skills. Familiarity with project management software like SmartSheet preferred, with the ability to work flexible hours. Critical attributes include being professional, responsive, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and experienced in project/program management. Position Information:
$30/hr-$32/hr while temporary $65K-$70K when permanent Temporary to permanent position Hybrid availability! Office located in Washington, DC. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
