, energy and water) consumption and cost profileIn addition to traditional certified energy manager (CEM) skill sets, familiarity with invoice processing platforms and workflow is highly preferredThe PEM will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and ensuring all required data is maintained in assigned databases and workbooks, and coordinating with various agency offices and various data requestsQualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy-related disciplines and preference will be given to candidates with a CEMThe ideal candidates will be familiar with federal environmental and energy mandates and have a general understanding of energy markets across the USExperience with ENERGY STAR and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting is a plusSkills & Requirements Required Experience & Skillso Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with a teamo Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareo Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillso Oversee, manage and ensure all required data is maintained in assigned databases and workbookso Be able to conduct load profile analysis, and identify opportunities for utility savings and/or detrimental trendso Develop graphics and communication materials related to analyseso Have a general understanding of energy markets and various state regulationso Understand utility tariffs and market pricing across USo General understanding of renewable energy and smart building technologieso Familiarity with federal energy policy requirementso Minimum of 5 years of experience in the skillsets described above Preferred Experience& Skillso Certified Energy Manager Certificationo Familiarity with major building systemso Familiarity with GHG reportingo ASHRAE Certification and ability to perform ASHRAE auditso Familiarity with troubleshooting any of the following:
